tore, my acl after a drunken bar brawl. big ass scar on my left knee too. I skipped rehab which I'm now regretting 1.5 years latter. I swear i'm some kind of idiot genius.

That's the first piece of advice my buddy gave me too, was to find a hot PT so I'd be committed to going. I went with this place by default b/c they are close to work, and they work with my surgeon. I don't think that would work either. But I do have 2 knee immobilizers that cost basically nothing that are just sitting in my closet. These worked like gems as you wear it over your jeans at the bar. The only downside is you walk like an idiot b/c you can't bend your knee.
