Yeah, I would generally agree... this specific diet only resembles a keto diet, it's not nearly as bad as those. I've tried both, and the keto one I was sluggish all the time and used to get awful muscle cramps at night too. I just used the term b/c it has some things in common.

Both of my co-workers are on keto diets, and it works for them. That being said, if you are even marginally active, you shouldn't do a ketogenic diet.
