Haha. I'm shy on squat and bench. Both equally as much. Just barely got deadlift.

my highschool had this, but everything was just %150. Each year 2-3 people did it. School was probably ~600/class.

I'm squatting about 300 right now, I'm 180lbs do you guys think I'll be at 360 in a month or two?

i could do this in squat but I cant even bench my body weight and I never deadlift, ex ice hockey player so my quads are ok

Haha. maybe in a year unless you've literally been training for only 3 months, in which case your genes are top .01%.

It's possible he could be 5'2 180 and be able to squat alot. And if you have not been working out for long it's def dooable.
