Ive never owned a pair of sunglasses. Outside of driving (which i dont do) i cant see any real need for them in day to day wear to be honest.

If you're spending more than an hour or two outdoors in sunny weather then sunglasses are useful. You probably wear sun cream to avoid getting your skin burned by the sun. Why not protect your eyes from those burning rays as well? Macular degeneration has a link with UV exposure.

i have an awesome pair of white d&g's that i wear all the time. there's lots of designer sunglasses that don't look retarded, just dont pick out something that you saw last year because everyone was wearing them. pick out something that looks good on you that you like, sunglass styles change super fast.

i'd post a picture of me in my sunglasses but the only one i have is a picture of me kissing dan bright so i dont think it would help my argument

nm, found out, awful pic but you can see them:

IMO those are the perfect example of what the OP was inquiring about. Those are logo-whore glasses.

...and you're wearing them inside.

i have a pair of fake LV glasses i picked up in Thailand that look absurdly real, and are quite obnoxious. (paid about $2 for them) and I wear them on occasion. I actually like telling people they are fake, as it represents exactly how "classy" i am.

you wouldn't believe the number of smokin hot women who have complimented the glasses. they are borderline ugly because of the logo print on the sides.
