Took your suggestion. Played the $220 super sat today at 6pm. 1 out of 56 for the $11k package.

I luck boxed my way to victory.

I'll be there, still trying to work out the details but I expect to play the 1k, 2k and 3k stud8 events at minimum.

All of them are recklessly outside of my roll from a risk of ruin perspective, but I'm +ev in them so I'll find a stake, even if it means drinking 30 shots of olive juice.

I'm taking the week around the $5K PLH event off work to play in that and a handful of others 6/7-6/13.

I'll definitely play the first ever PLO-8 event at the end of June.

I'm playing in the main event for the first time.

In case anyone is not familiar with the tradition, any 2+2er who cashes in a WSOP event is obligated to spend 5-10% of their winnings at the Rhino and I won't miss any of those outings. Hopefully I'll host a few of them.

Irieguy

PS- For any of you who have never been, the WSOP is well worth whatever sacrifice you have to make to get out here. I always put 100% of my bankroll into play during the WSOP because your expectation in both live games and tournaments is probably twice as high during that glorious 45 day stretch than it is at any other time of year. Every tournament except the $50K HORSE is softer than the Stars Sunday Million, the one-table satellites are softer than the Party $5's, and the cash games are beatable for >10BB/100.

So let me get this straight. If a 2+2er wins the ME then he's gonna spend like over a million dollars at the RHino? That would be awesome. Everybody in 2+2 could get nonstop blowjobs for all of 2008 for that kinda money

I'll be in vegas during the WSOP, probably just for 1 or two events. Perhaps just for cash games, who knows.

edit: by the way what's the deal with the Rhino anyway? For the kinda money you gonna spend there couldnt you just get a high class hooker and actually get some? I mean, I dont get it.
