i would say that you are chopping more then you are losing.. its obvious you dont have KK/33 based on your turn check, so if he has KT its like the nuts

Its actually a lot harder to make a full house with a 2 paired board in omaha. Wouldn't villian know this and therefore be more likely to try to bluff you off a flush?

Would he think you would try to v-bet a flush on the river (using the same logic that its harder to make a full house on a 2 paired board)?

If you haven't been playing, why would check at the end with a great hand? Why would he expect you to bluff at the pot? Wouldn't he be more likely to bet himself, hoping he either got raised, so he could re-raise, or, more importantly, that he get paid off and win at least something with his great hand? Did he have some reason to expect you would be the river? Considering these things, it seems to me there's a reasonable chance he's bluffing. Plus there's a chance you may be chopping.

Also I'm wondering if betting less at the river might make sense. I'm thinking it's more likely to induce a bluff.

Grim, you played this hand like you flopped the nut flush, checked behind when the board paired on the turn, and decided to value-bet when checked to on the river on the double-paired board -- so it's a very good spot for him to check-raise bluff. If he is a good aggressive player capable of that kind of move, then it's a definite call. Also you should have bet the turn.

What would K3 hope to get value from by check/raising this river?

If he has KK/33, he knows that KT is a likely hand to bet the flop, then check the turn, then bet the river. This would be his line to take; he can't really bet the flop, if he bets the turn he's sure to lose his action / slow down TT, and on the river KT is his prime candidate for paying off a checkraise. If he bets there, there's a good chance Grim just calls.

The flip side to this is that there really aren't many hands containing 33 that are worth playing, and a lot of KK hands would have raised pre.

But for this to be a bluff he'd have to check-call flop (low flush?), then check the turn, only to come to life on the river, when he knows it's likely Grim made a boat (WTF else does he bet the flop with?) and probably isn't valuebetting a flush.

So basically you're laying 2 to 1 for the chop.. and even then he can't have the NFD, and thus has to have been check-calling OOP with a possible 4 outs or less.

I like a fold.

I don't know much about omaha either but wow are the 25/50 games soft so I think it's definitely fine to be "learning" there. I think your hand is a bluff catcher, seems like most people just bet out with K3 on the river. Pretty sure I'd call, this looks like a good spot for him to bluff.

I don't agree with either of these.
