You guys need to be less oversensitive.

Ok, it wasnt a great day, but only 30 odd people died. It was hardly a national tragedy and you being offended by any mention of it in anything but a fully positive light is really silly.

I find this to be an incredibly insensitive thing to say, and I cannot see an ounce of value in your making such crass comments, ever, let alone at this particular time.

this thread was made impressively fast, almost makes me think you've been anxiously waiting for a reason to be offended.

But, yeah, that's pretty tasteless.

I don't see what you're getting at with your hack job of a FYP.

I do think the fact the had replied so quickly after I made the thread makes it highly probable that when he put the up avatar he did so fully expecting to get a rise out of people, which is the definition of trolling.

dont be a tool. if he had it before and it was a coincidence, or if he did it not knowing of the VT thing it would be completely different.

Imagine I put a swastika as my avatar. If I had it because I saw it in Hindi art and had no idea about nazis, then its fine. If I had put it up because I saw that the nazis used it as their insignia, then its not appropriate.

since he posted in a thread quoting a picture comparison of the VT guy and the movie, and said "he looks cool", its clear that his display of that avatar was not because he randomly saw the movie yesterday.

and its changed now anyways.

It's not like his avatar makes any sort of point, it's just a juvenile attempt to shock people and draw attention to himself
