call. his most likely hand is a flush. You are probably not oversetted unless he has 777. Your equity vs a flush is 22% his raise requires you to put 27%. There is a lot of money behind. Pair the board and stack him. Also it is possible that he is making a move and river goes check/check.

Check the turn unless he's stupid, in which case you'd call the bet.

Do you really advocate just calling the turn and folding to any river bet if we don't fill up? That seems extremely spewish to me. There's not THAT much money left to bet. And to those who say check the turn, why? The only reason to check the turn would be if we could squarely put him on a flush draw on the flop. I think his range is much wider than that, and a value bet is necessary.

so what is your read on this guy? If you think a flush represents 80%+ of his range then call and fold river ui. He would have over $200 dollars left after you call. This is enough for implied odds. This seems like a very awkward situation because the pot will be over 500 and you will have 200 left. But yeah if your read is good enough calling and laying down a set on the river ui > folding turn.
If you think he might be semibluffing just get it in on the turn. |

If we call pot will be 84+212+212=508. We are calling for $142. 142/508=0.27
