also if hes such a bad player he will call with middle pair, and definatly top pair. Maybe he has 2 hearts and hes excited lol. I think a raise here is -EV all the time.

You really need to describe him more than "Bad player." There's not much wrong with calling preflop if he 3-bets alot and is going to be very bad/predictable postflop. As played call flop and see what happens.

I don't mind your initial PFR but to call that RR is not very thoughtful (even if he is a bad player--they wake up w/good hands too) as far as the flop...to quote a line from Monty Python's "Holy Grail" movie..."run awaaaaayyyyy" save yourself from further heartache.
