Also recently cashed out from FTP via check (a little under $400). After sending in my lol_documents for verification, it arrived w/in 5 working days, deposited @ ATM and no issues whatsoever. Overall a positive experience.

Whenever I sold shares out of the program, I recieved a check for the same proceeds from "Shareowner Services." They are also a Wells Fargo company.
