So, you are probably dead already, strong? Are the posts from "dead men walking" allowed here?

I will be glad to answer serious questions in this thread also.

ilushan, you make me excited for the prospect of coming, actually. Way to represent your country/city! (You live in Moscow?)

If it doesn't conflict with the Taj Mahal USPC, I will try to attend for sure.

Cool, let's go:

Is it going to be televised in the US?

Does the Cosmos Casino (where it's taking place) have a connected resort/hotel so I can get a ballin suite? I hate the idea of living out of a nearby hotel and commuting.

$10k USD Buy-in, right? Not some other currency?

What airport would I fly into?

What kind of tourist attractions are in the area?

What are the chances a 19year old 5ft 5in Asian kid gets killed? What about an overweight jolly American kid?

Will there be a dress-code? There wasn't one in Monte Carlo, but generally people were better dressed.

This one's for Shane and Ray. How easy is it to score weed?

What kind of currency do they use?

Do the girls have sexy accents?

I'll probably have more questions later. I realize many of these can be researched on wikipedia or whatever, but I thought I could get better answers from a local.

Thanks

What happened to government's plans to kick all casinos out of Moscow?

It should be genuinely hard not to get laid in Moscow.

It will be great, Shane.
Many thanks for your kind words - I'm from Moscow and I make Russian comments for the WSOP broadcasts, so I also represented you to Russian audience
After Gracz made his infamous call with A10, I mentioned that you probably made even more money online when you returned to your suite. Hope, that was the case

OK, Adam.
Let's go.

1. Not clear yet. Full Tilt is going to take care about it as far as I know.

2. Yes, there is a 5-star hotel. It's not the best in town, but it's decent.

3. 10K USD. Absolutely.

4. Sheremetievo, probably.

5. Moscow is beautiful, a lot to see. But Kosmos is a bit away from the centre (15 minutes by car actually) - nearby there is nothing special except for Ostankino TV tower.

6. No chance. All these stories are just nonsense.

7. No dress code for sure.

8. Ugh... Tough one, no idea really. It's probably quite easy, but I never ever tried.

9. Roubles - 26 roubles = 1 USD.

10. If they happen to speak English (not rare in these days), they probably have.

Looking forward to more questions.

Good luck, Adam.

They are still planning it. But:

1. The law will work from 2009.
2. Tournament poker was somehow "adopted" as a sport recently, so there is a slim chance that poker rooms will stay.
