Default Re: is a check out of turn binding???

A million out of a million and one cardrooms rule that bets made out of turn are liable for their full amount or up to as much as the person whose turn it actually is wants to bet...then the bet out of turn may take back the difference... but they definately can't change it to a check, if it is checked to them the bet stands and action continues in order, and players would now have to call the bet or fold before another card would be turned. I've seen that happen a thousand times, I'm a dealer, so I do have a good handle on the rules,,, but I would like to think that respected cardrooms would consider the check out of turn, in the situation I explained, a binding intention.
