If you feel that he might be floating you then you can just check-raise or check-call him with AA,KK,QQ,AKh on the turn.

This is a perfect flop to cbet. If you're going to c/f here you really shouldn't be 3betting AK preflop. Give up on the turn if you're called and don't improve.
