2 days have now passed since I made my deposit and my balance remains at zero.

2 days!

I just sent another e-mail to support asking wtf.

Something doesn't smell right.

Has anyone else tried using Epassport at this poker site?

Not quite.

IT was listed as a deposit option on the client platform and they are also e-mailing all their US clients notifying them of the option. In both cases they're offering an "instant" bonus. It was fully rolled out.

That hardly looks like something that still needs "testing".

Had I known I was a guinea pig, I would have refrained.

Honestly, I'm wondering if they even had epassport fully set up on their end before they rolled it out.

In any case, I'll go back to being patient for a couple more days.

I'm just really glad it was a tiny deposit.

Not very professional to hide your whois info

This has become very standard in the last year or so, and not just in the gambling industry.

I would be glad too see any representative from the site come here and explain to me the holdup.

There's also a "cancel pending" button but then I have to wonder how long, if ever, it would take them to return it to my epassport account.

EDIT: I'll reiterate the fact that if I lived in the UK (or anywhere but the US), this problem would be solved in minutes or hours, not days.

We are second class citizens now.

Hi,

My name is Ellen and I am an account manger at Poker.com, please feel free to email me directly at ellen@pdcaffiliates.com or PM on this site if you have any further questions.

Epassport is an instant deposit method, so I am not sure what exactly went wrong. Coy Roy can you please send me an email with your player account details and I will personally look into the matter for you.

Epassport was made available as of Friday and since then we have not had any major issues, I apologize for the problem you have experienced and any inconvenience that it may have caused you, as soon as I hear from you, I will be able to resolve the problem.

Kind regards,

Ellen
