I don't think this will hurt his draft stock much, because this is a stacked draft year. Either way Hansborough isn't going to be that good of a pro. Simmons compares him to Madsen, which I see, but Hansborough is a bit better. Maybe like the poor man's white version of Varrejao is a good ceiling for him.

Oh yeah Hansbrough will definitely be a terrible pro. But it's still great to have him back next year. That said, if he never makes a Final Four, he will go down as one of the great chokers in Carolina history. Our loss to Gtown still feels disgusting.

Brandon Wright is sick. He's going to be a great pro.

Hansbrough could possibly go down as the greatest ACC Player ever. If I were him I'd stay all 4 years LDO

IDK. ACC has had some sick players. David Thompson, Grant Hill, Laettner, etc. come to mind. He's had a pretty solid first 2 though.

Roflcopter, lollerskates, etc.

Are you the genius that said this year's UNC team was the greatest NCAA team in decades?

Yeah, I don't see him becoming the greatest ACC player ever, or even the greatest UNC player ever. I do think he'll be at least a marginally good pro b/c he has great work ethic and is one of the most competitive players I have ever seen. He obv won't be a star, but he may be a solid sixth man or something. Either way, I gave a big "woot!" when I heard he and Lawson were coming back.

ALL,

TOTALLY AGREE THAT HANSBROUGH IS LIKE A COMBINATION OF MADSEN AND MONTROSS. I ALSO SEE A BIT OF BRAD MILLER, KEITH VAN HORN, MARK MCGWIRE AND WAYNE CHREBET IN HIM.

I'm not saying he's the most talented, but for christ sakes he's going to easily break 2500 points if he stays all 4 years.

This is why I don't understand why guys like Durant just ditch the rest of their school years. It's great times, and it seems like more fun than the NBA.
