I just spoke with a few members of her team. They aren't happy.

They aren't sure what they'll do about this situation yet. If she sticks around til the 20th, they plan on loading her up with a ton of admin bullshtt work. A quote from one of them: "I'm gonna have this bitch make me 15 reference binders." Ouch.

This is really situational depending on where you're working thought.

If somebody wanted to work out their 2 weeks for me 'cause of something like this, I'd let em. Better to have a body there to do the work than not.

It's a little strange that she would send this to people she didn't know, but I don't really see anything wrong with what she did, either in quitting or writing the email. It seems more thoughtful and better-written than most emails I receive.
