Ivey is a consistent winner in the high stakes games while Phil wins a tournament every 4 years.

I just don't understand what would drive someone to say something that they likely have zero information about.

Hellmuth seems like he might make more money outside of poker than Phil, but I think it stands to reason that Ivey's winnings over the past few years would be greater. He's taken down a tournament or two himself.
Thinking about the revenue that Phil made from UB or his books/dvds/whatever as "bankroll" is a stretch in the context of this conversation. Phil isn't just a "pro" for UB though, right, doesn't he own a piece of the company?
