Tequila Sunrises are fantastic if they're made properly. Sadly, I don't know how to make them properly and fail miserably every time I attempt it.

orange juice + pineapple juice + coconut rum

kahlua + coffee + milk, sugar, etc

jameson + baileys + coffee

white russian (vodka + kahlua + milk)

bacardi O and OJ is the nuts, you can mix it at one to one and still have it taste good

Try Captain Morgan and Pineapple Juice....or for a twist on the screwdriver....go with grapefruit juice instead of OJ

I was gonaa suggest this, but it seemed like it might be too similar to an "Irish Coffee", which he doesn't like, and I've also never heard of.

irish coffee is just what it sounds like. shot of whiskey with a coffee. i'm not a big fan.
