It is something to do with Vegas, though through a bit of googling i couldnt find more than two references to it (search term "Summerland Parkway")

I just looked it up and it's actually Summerlin Pkwy. I always thought the golf course was called TPC summerland, oh well.

i believe he was talking about the 'saw mill river parkway', which is an autobahnish stretch of road in NY.

could be totally wrong, but thats how i heard it.
