Kinda like me saying I want to win the Indy 500, BUT I don't have the entry fee, no car and have never driven over 50mph.

At least go to real estate school and learn some basics. The skills will last you a life time and pay for themself many times over.

There is a real estate bust coming soon. Educated investors will clean up as usuall.

I've heard about this potential bust occurring in the real estate market but I’m unsure of the specifics on it. I was wondering why this is going to occur and when this is expected to happen.

Check out some news stories about Foreclosures. New Century has files Bankruptcy. Country Wide is reporting the percentage of not paying borrowers has doubled. A foreclosed property may be your best buy.

Some areas of the country are seeing values drop quickly. Low Appraisal have recently become a bigger issue where I work. A year ago no one had value problems.
