What's the reasoning behind a CRAI? I don't see anything calling that we're ahead of.

Combo draw,added FE and extracting an extra bet from a hand that could have easily folded to our C-bet...A Cbet here is a very strong bet..A This is a hand I do not mind getting AI with on the flop..

I like CRAI because betting and getting called puts us in a toughish spot on the turn, and we don't lose much if the flop gets checked through.

You want to put pressure on mid pairs and stuff, and build the pot with the nut draw.
