I disagree. If you call then hit on the turn you're going to lose any player not on a FD. If you hit the NF turn you want to draw the overcalls and then jack the river, IMO.

I think a case could be made for isolating if you hit the straight. You want to protect the hand vs redraws by overcards / sets. Of course, you're out of position for a C/R so you have to hope that UTG will do it for you.

But then, when UTG C/Rs, you're ALSO hoping he's not sitting on JTs.

you have like 9 outs for the flush, and you have 0.75 outs for win with the T pairing and some times you will win with a A too = 1.5 outs, is he has a set you only have 9 outs but it's good enought to win 35% of the time
