It depends on what level you think he's at. If he's one of the usual level one thinkers at 2/4, he isn't going to fold since an A or K didn't come. If he's at a higher level that knows you don't auto cbet every flop, you can fire and he will fold JJ.

Generally though, people at 2/4 don't fold, so I like your play.
