Because he is stupid, I would bet a bit less than AI enough to make him completely committed, since obviously you want a call and aren't going to fold. Since you says he thinks of bets in $$$ like an average live donk, rather than % of the pot. Betting a little smaller may prevent him for while unlikely properly folding a pair like JJ in this spot. I think 40$ or so would do just fine here, followed by the last 25$ on the river.
