I'm still unclear....did they flat out just take your money and are not giving it back, or are they saying that you need more play before being able to withdraw your cash? If it's the former, then UB can go [censored] itself.

Hey Prodigy, you might remember my thread "UB cashout taking forever." Well, I finally got fed up with waiting and contacted them on monday. On tuesday I found that my cashout had been cancelled, citing a different address on my last deposit than is currently on my account. This is true as I had just moved. So, I had to send in a fax, with my license and copy of an epassporte statement. I told them I can't afford to update my license with the correct address until they allow me to cashout. Today, I received an email saying I provided sufficient information and my account was updated and ready to withdraw. I put in another cashout request today. I'll let you know how it turns out. Your situation totally sucks. That's [censored] and makes me think about switching to Full Tilt.

The more I read about UB, the less I want to play there....how can they not inform you that your cashout was cancelled via email? The customer service at UB and Absolute has gone downhill the last 6 months - it's laughable.

Unfortunately this is pretty much standard operating procedure for UB.

i had a different outcome. my pending withdrawal was processed. however, now i can't login, and i got an email saying they think i might be using bots. they did ask for an explanation of my amazing ability to 6 table, so they might allow me to play there again. hopefully, they won't confiscate my remaining funds. whats funny is that i usually play 1 tournament, and a few low-limit tables to kill boredom til bubble-time. maybe they just don't like people mulitabling low-limit tables?

update on my situation.

im the one they think is using bots to multi table 8 at a time. the reason i do this it to take advantage of their bonus, points and rakeback.

PS I LOST OVER 1500$ doing this over a recent 4 week period buying in for an avg of $10 a game.

cash wise i only was minus 100 as i cleareed a lot of bonus, points and rakeback.

now they wont even let me log in to my account. i sent an e mail for an explanation but it doesnt look good.

why do they offer reload bonus, points, and etc then if you try to play a lot to clear them they label you as an abuser.

Basically, I had a pending $800 withdrawal. They canceled it, and never returned it to me. And under transactions, they deducted it as a "bonus abuse, funds recovered".

How did you contact UB? I am so sick and tired of playing email-tag with these clowns.

I can still login and play on my account. They just basically took my last cashout request for $800 and kept it. As you can tell from my pts to cash redemption, I play alot as well.

To tell you the truth, I'd rather be in your position. I can just take a picture of my four 2001fp monitors and take a screenshot of me playing 9 tables. I am so sick of playing email tag with these clowns. I am demanding a phone number to talk to a supervisor, but that seems unlikely. They said they forwarded my email to the supervisor and they will get in touch w/ me shortly.

I am still amazed that I am the one asking the questions, while they leave me in the dark as to what is going on and keeping me uninformed.
