Im sure you can google PUA vids-routines. But when I get back to the US I will see if a friend has a vid camera and make it so.

This or before the phase shift, is where u build comfort and rapport. do this with routines-stories, etc.

This is how it works. It doesn't matter when you call or email. You don't need to call on wednesday if you get a number over the weekend or anything like that. You can call the next day, it's not important. But girls can tell when a guy is in demand, and they know when a guy is desperate. The #1 turn on for girls is knowing that other girls like you, way ahead of anything else. The #1 turnoff is guys that are desperate. That's totally money. So much of this stuff is just sort of articulating and systemizing basic stuff that you do when picking up a girl.
