the whole "whacked" language has me concerned, seems like a shady lawyer trick lol.

(from the spoiler site)

"...Then we’re treated to some more grisly violence as Silvio sits down to meet with Billy Leotardo to discuss business. Just as their big titted bimbo dates sit down to join them someone walks up to their table and unloads an entire clip into Phil’s brother. Silvio and the ladies make it out ok, but things are certainly heating up in the whole “who’s gonna lead the New York families war”. Especially since we then get word that Johnny Sack’s gone and kicked the bucket way earlier than anyone expected."

[b]who is Phil's brother?

I contacted bodog support and according to them the cause of death is irrelevant. It is just the first character to die.

I tried arguing with customer service about this, saying that people use "kill" to describe any character that dies on a show (ie. "They killed off X"). Response:

[ QUOTE ]
Thank you again for your correspondence.

We have included a definition of the word kill:
1. To cause the death of (an animal or person); to put someone to death; to murder; to slaughter; to destroy someone
or something.

Thesaurus: slay, murder, assassinate, do away with, eliminate, execute, exterminate, lynch, extinguish, finish off,
massacre, rub out (US slang), bump off ( slang), hit ( slang); slaughter, butcher; sacrifice, put to sleep

The wording of the prop is correct.

[/ QUOTE ]

I knew I had extremely little chance of winning, I wasn't expecting them to break out the dictionary and thesaurus.

It's a $50 max bet but that's still a free $25.
