Is it common consensus that Mikhail is dead? I noticed that he is still breathing in one shot when Kate goes to check oh him upon climbing over the security fence. It is in the last shot they show of Mikhail on the ground with just his face and upper torso in profile, along with Kate crouching over him.

At first I thought that it could just be a mistake. But it seems like such an easy one to overcome (Director: "OK dead guy, hold your breath for this one shot... and ACTION.") Plus the length of that shot seems so deliberate in that it shows exactly one breathing cycle, as in an inhale and an exhale. Had it been just a half cycle, it would be much easier to write it off as clothing rustling, or body moving, or slight camera panning, etc.

Are there any sites in which the older season three episodes are on? They were up on abc's website, but I'm not completely caught up and now that the earlier season three episodes are down.
