Re: NL50 river the nut flush and fold?
[ QUOTE ]
note the re raise on the flop...then a 3$ bet into a 14$ 3 way draw heavy pot....alarms should be going off. [/ QUOTE ] By betting slightly more on the turn, villain could still price-in FD's AND be able to get his stack in on the river for 2/3ish pot. He could also be "value-betting a FD" hoping to stack a J-x. |

Re: NL50 river the nut flush and fold?
My read was solidified by his river push. I thought it was possible that he had a boat and then when he pushed the river I was 90% sure.

Re: NL50 river the nut flush and fold?
I think a point worthy of more discussion is the flop. The decision you face is not as easy as it seems. You have MP raising after a bet and a call and somebody left to act. You have to discount the draw possibilities, since you hold the nut draw. I find myself in these situations and I am unsure of whther to call, raise or fold.
Anybody want to chime in on this? [edit: a further complication is that you draw is not a super-combo draw. Your only good outs are the flush outs. Everything else is no good against a set] |
