it is my experience that day laborers are very honest, and willing to do work for a reasonable price. I look for opportunities to hire them.

hahah... reminds me of an episode of newlyweds... they did jack [censored]... but you cant judge them all off that tv show..

As long as you know some random Spanish so that you can give them instructions and stuff its probably not a bad idea.

Exactly. If they were going to steal, they wouldn't be standing on the side of the road waiting for real work.

I've used day laborers and professional movers. The movers packed everything and the move went quicker, but it was a lot more esspensive.
