They don't care abotu deposits. They just don't want to pay anyone out before they fill out this form.

And by the way, these CC forms do not hold up. They are only to scare the customers out of charging something back to stop paying something.

If they did it on every deposit it would cause them a paperwork nightmare because there are probably 200 times more deposits then there are payouts.
