Re: Bring someone back from the dead
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Jesus? [/ QUOTE ] I literally read this is said "Oh, jesus" does that count? Lol, without much thought I think Da Vinci might be intersting as he could see the results of all his work many years later and decide if we're retarded but then again that would seem like a lame reason to bring someone back no? [/ QUOTE ] I was thinking the same thing about Da Vinci. I just wonder how long it would take for him to assimilate all the developments of the last 500 years into his mind and be able to contribute new things? |

Re: Bring someone back from the dead
Um, I obviously kill Bo Jackson and then bring him back as a healthy 30 year old. Why do we even need a thread about this?

Re: Bring someone back from the dead
I would say Isaac Newton. He seems pretty highly revered by alot of the brilliant scientific minds today. If he came back now as a 30 year old he might be at the forefront of theoretical physicts after awhile.

Re: Bring someone back from the dead
I would opt for a relative. I have five that would be hard to narrow down: my four grandparents or my father-in-law.
As much as it would pain me to not bring back three of my grandparents, I'd narrow it down to my maternal grandmother or my father-in-law. Grandmother because she passed away when my mom was in college, well before I was born. My mom has always told me I would have adored her. My father-in-law because he was a great person and he was diagnosed with terminal cancer just a month after I met my wife-to-be. He lived three years, but I only met him in person once - he was not who he once was. I did enjoy the times we chatted on the phone (which wasn't all that often, since I was "just" a boyfriend at the time) and, of course, my wife loved him tons. In the end, I think I'd go with my grandmother. She died the youngest of the five and I never got to meet her. EDIT: I forgot that it can't be someone I've known personally, so I guess it would definitely be my grandmother, since I never met her. Figured I'd keep my original post for posterity. |

Re: Bring someone back from the dead
Before the last sentence I would say my grandfather.
Otherwise it's easily John von Neumann. |
