A few more:
check/minraises mean different things from different people, but are usually pretty consistent for that player. Some players check/minraise any time they're OOP HU in a raised pot that they connected with. Others check/minraise with monsters. I see the latter more than the former.

I disagree that the minbet donk-lead is a draw--it is quite often low pocket pairs making probe bets to see if you connected with the pot. Raising is still +EV, especially if you were going to c-bet anyways, because it's not really more expensive to raise over a minbet than it is to make a standard c-bet, and it looks a lot stronger than betting when checked to.

7) In a limped pot, proceed cautiously with TP and non-top two, 2-pair hands.

Please explain this... keep pot small, do not get all of your chips in, if villain is betting/raising we should fold early? Thanks

I'd be looking to get 2 streets worth of value in most situations that I do not improve. For instance, say I have 92o in the BB and the action is 5 way on a T92r flop. You have a vulnerable two pair hand OOP and need to protect it. I'd bet pot and hope for one caller. I'd bet most turns and probably check call a river bet if obvious draws do not hit. If I get raised on the turn, I'd have a hard time continuing.

This is a very basic example and my comment really means do not get stacked with a marginal hand in limped pot. When villain can have any two cards, then a lot of unlikely monster hands often materialize when all your stack is in the middle. Put another way, when you are in this situation think about how many worse hands will give you 3 streets of value. If the answer is "not that many", then proceed with caution.

I think that he means if the board is like 4 6 8 all offsuit and you have top pair or some two pair vareity and someone else is going crazy, well then proceed with caution. Basically be aware of the hands that beat you because you will run into a reasonable amount of monsters in a multi way limped pot. Correct me if im off here.

Also it's been repeated but the squeeze play is horribly ineffective as villans never fold in reraised pots.

Play your overpairs super fast against any pre flop raise, as most people will call re raises cold, oop and generally felt to quickyl in these types of pots.
