preflop: work on your hand selection a bit. Raise a little less OOP such as QJs from the SB with two limpers (or 62s from the BB, just let it go man), and a little more in position with Axs types of hands if there are no limpers. Also, dont be afraid to see cheap flops if the option is available. ie A3s from CO with 1 limper. definitely okay to see a cheap flop and hit a nice hand.

While I agree with anything that advocates playing in position, for myself, I'm not keen on this Axs advice. 1st I don't like limping preflop - unless everyone was in - because you just aren't going to get paid off enough to make it worth while - and it's easy to get sucked into a hand with a pair of aces - no kicker. At these micro stakes, raising from position with A-xs, again, has poor implied odds. You pretty much need to flop a flush or 2 pair and you won't get paid off enough with the flush. Also, due to the lack of fold equity, c-betting is not that profitable at these stakes. Even when I played tight at this level, my biggest leak was cbetting too much and raising with hands like A-xs and cbetting - was not profitable - to say the least. I have since significantly tightend up my Axs hands and improved my c-betting and I do much better for it.

FWIW, I haven't watched the video yet, but I can sure sympathize with any frustration.
