If I tried this it would go like this:
1st nap - 30 min
2nd nap - 11 hours

dammit I hate when I sleep for that long during the daytime. I should go get Taco Bell.

Sleep core - 13 hours

I'm going to do a polyphasic sleep schedule, but Everyman as opposed to Uberman. Everyman was created by the original e2er. It involves taking a core nap every night (1.5-3 hrs) and taking 3-5 20min naps during the day. It's more flexible that way. You can look that up too.

Im trying it for real when the summer starts, the hardest part is obv the first 2 weeks adapting, i plan on not smokin or drinkin during that time and then maybe phasing it in and seeing how it affects me. Ppl say its easier to do as a vegetarian/vegan because ull get more energy (and wont need as much sleep) but personally im just gonna avoid fast food and stay actively in shape.

As for health issues ive read many sites for and against it and there seems to be no concrete studies on the subject. For me doin this for 3 months over the summer im not too worried about health issues.
