I usually get dealt queens while I'm away, so going to toilet is in fact +EV, since sometimes I come back just in time to click "I'm back" and win a nice pot.

I seldom play more than 2 tables at once so I don't have the problem that those playing more than that would. My solution is to pick a time where I'm folding trash utg and then go for it. I can usually get back before my turn to act in the BB next hand.

Some situations come up that give you much more time. Once I had such a chip lead in a 2 table satellite that I sat out long enough to take a shower. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Practice holding in your urine and it will stretch your bladder and you can go less often.

I can get by with twice a day and not be uncomfortable.

If for some reason I have to go while playing online, simply sit out a couple of hands and go. It's not a big deal.

Poker sites could easily sort out this problem by setting aside the first or last five minutes of every hour to be a designated toilet break across all tournaments.

If I have to leave the computer before a break I usually wait for a spot to fold utg then jet. Your next action will be acting last in the bb.
