best \'lounge\' type places to go in vegas

Hey was wondering if anyone could recommend some good lounge type places to go in vegas. Meaning a place to chill and drink and party and [censored] without music pumping so loud your brain is about to expload but at the same time is a little bit cooler than just a bar. Any resources with all the different places?
