How about Quaker Oatmeal, toast w/ peanut butter, maybe some egg whites?

All of these take 5 minutes at most to prepare. Add some water and/or milk and you have a decent breakfast.

Whey shake once I wake up, then an hour later a peanut butter sandwich. Really easy way to get 600 calories in you before class.

PB on wheat toast, instant breakfast chocolate milk, whey protein shake = almost 900 calories

I'm loving it.

50ish g of carbs (minimal simple sugars)

Keep in mind simple sugars are actually beneficial upon waking up. After 6-8 hours without food your body is in a glycogen-deprived state; ingesting simple sugars will help jump-start your metabolism and will not be converted to fat as they would at other times of the day.
