just saying that was what I pushed for after they did the pca sats and I was trying to get something for WCOOP. Obv I'd be for anything that is for the top 3,5,10 whatever because I know I am more likely to be there. But, I still rather see more people trying to grind TLB points with 180s etc to make them run more often.

We need a leaderboard that is designed just like an MTT payout is. Big cash money at the top with nice scores for coming close. Top 5 is dumb. It's needs to be designed so that the degenerate gambler and aspiring professional can also get a piece of the action and the fame. The money is made in the games actually getting this bonus is just gravy.

Great post, I agree. I think the sites need to focus on putting more satellites in. Satellites to 100 freezeouts, satellites to the big rebuys, satellites to everything. Fish and us alike love satellites, and the full tilt 1k and stars nightly 162 show that they really soften the field. I have also noticed the fields becoming much tougher in general, and think more satellites would help.

the 100 Freezeouts are rock gardens these days.

still somewhat profitable if you are aggressive though.

i guess you dont want to interfere with the nightly 150 but maybe a satellite or 2 for the 1am 100 would not be unreasonable.

i really dont understnad though why the 50 6 max is the least popular tourney on stars.

less time required, more play, aggression rewarded more.

tourney players need to realize the virtues of 6 max.

I agree with everything stated: more big tournaments, more leaderboards, more publicity, anything to keep the fish putting money up.

the UB 100r was one of the best tourneys on the net, but the site is garbage. The best players in that tournament (myself included a few months ago) just destroyed it, and that was with a small field. It breaks my heart to see a tourney like that dissapear. I hope that in the future FTP will be able to provide big buy in freezeouts and rebuys on a daily basis.

Also, the structure on PokerStars in most of their tournaments is horrible. The sites really need to set it up to keep the players interested in these hard times.
