i'm definately raising PF, and if he wants to get all-in preflop thats fine, or once I see that flop I doubt I can avoid getting the rest in. since you got to the turn the way you did, its an obvious call.

If you're tipping your hand by raising you need to do so more often, maybe open raise with KKXX or some middle cards just to mix things up.
