You must know you are wrong, right?

matter of opinion, i loved diablo2, i spent countless hours playing d2. in a day of LCD monitors and sweet vid cards, i'd rather play something more updated, titan quest fills that need for me

D2 was the ultimate. I remember even when Gamespy or IGN did a best-game-of-all-time bracket elimination voting contest, and D2 stormed all the way to like the final four before getting knocked out to something like Mario or Zelda. Mind you, I think it was because D2 users found a way to exploit the system and cast multiple votes. harharhar

Here's more hope that a D3 comes out. I'd drop every other game and play it instantly.

Nope. Bloodruns were part of the expansion that act V was introduced in. It was just a sick straight shot up a hill with some rares and lots of money drops. Tons of mobs to kill and 4-6 people would just crush for easy exp.

Yeah that's what I was talking about. When I first started playing everyone ran that to level up quick. When I quit and started again later everyone was doing the retarded cow level instead.

I highly doubt there will be a Diablo III. The Diablo II ending basically scratched any possible way the storyline could continue.

But if there was, I would buy it instantly even if it required me to sell my soul. That game was my crack when I was in high school. I restarted several times, but getting so many characters into the 90's just became boring after a while.

And yeah, Blood runs ruined the game.

DII ended with Tyrael destroying the worldstone. I don't see it being to difficult to start from that.

Oh and if you played v1.11 you would know that getting to lvl 90 now is a huge bitch. It is cool to fight in uber-tristram and get torches. Smite paladins own them though.

I joined just before 1.09, I think. Might have actually been in 1.09, back in the days when "Ith" weapons were becoming rampant. Proud to say I never used one! And I always though a good magicfind amazon with Titan's Revenge spraying Lightning Fury on those hell bovines was great... best EXP when they were running on Hell (befroe they got nerfed and actually became hard to kill).

I heard rumours that D3 was in development, possibly developmental hell, and that the story was something along the lines of a Heaven vs. Hell premise.

I installed it a few months ago, but couldn't get into it again due to how badly the graphics had aged; too bad as I really enjoyed it back in the day. I also am looking forward to D3 in the worst way.
