Would also weaken the pokerstars argument that they only have poker "game of skill" games, and are thus exempt from several laws.

Not sure if they still have them after switching networks, but Eurolinx had 1 hand "lotterys". Like a HU SNG, both players all in for 1 hand.

Poker being a game of chance is part of why winnings aren't taxed in Britain, so I'd hate to see a change in perception about that, anywhere. The longterm American solution is to get gambling legalised, not poker exempted.
