One of the kids is in a course I'm teaching next quarter, which starts right after we get back from Vegas. We'll see how that goes.

If it had been a couple hundred, I bet there would be blogs posts about it and a picture of the screenshot on the internet within 30 minutes of it happening.

You forgot to tell us how at the end of class your one guy student had to quickly leave but your three hot, young, nubile female students approached and said "You look like you could use a little hot, raw, action yourself, professor," and how they are all getting A's this semester. This is somewhere between a strict warning with a note in your file, to grounds for termination.
I'd try to head it off by seeking advice from the HR rep. An error this juicy will become public. The school will only be concerned with: 1) will it happen again 2) what is the exposure for this incident They are obliged to take some action against you as a matter of procedure. when you talk to HR you might ask about other incidents, and how they were handled.
