All,

Can someone please explain a correlation between knowledge and fitness?

It's the condescension that kinda bugged everyone. Personally, my lifts are kind of embarrassingly low, but when I give advice I don't try to speak with authority. The many times that I've been corrected on my opinion or advice I've been okay with. Really, I'm not trying to drop knowledge on people, I'm just hoping that what I've learned in my limited experience can help someone else gain an interest in their own fitness. You've come off very poorly in a lot of threads.

That being said, keep giving advice because in general you are right.

Skunk,

That was rhetorical. Anyway, back to me. For criticism of my character or whatnot please start new threads.

Do you feel like your squat numbers could be better? Just eyeballing them it looks like it's slightly lagging a bit behind your dead.

Skunkworks,

Yes. And they likely are better. I don't update PRs till I set one. Like if I grind out a 5x5 with 215. I still won't update my PR for that. I'm just anal about people "guesstimating" and don't take part in it myself.

Food of the Day:
Breakfast: Bagel w/butter and coffee
4 hour later meal: Black beans and rice (Holla for the Zone mealz)
3 hours later: More coffee, except horrid starbucks milky kind
4 hours later: More black beans and rice

School sucks. Went jogging tonight. Almost died. Feel goot now. Will accept suggestions here for workouts tomorrow. PM me with a chest/back/leg exercise. And I will post winnars that I will pick from.

Through midday.

Woke ~9:30 took 2 HRX. Am responding much better to them now. I'm getting a much "cleaner" burn instead of flipping out. It just may take some getting used to. I had this experience with several other supplements that I've taken before. Sweating is still going on, but is more or less under control.

Breakfast:
Water 1/2 slice wheat toast plus tbsp peanut butter (Dids, this really isn't as horrible tasting as I thought.)

Lunch:
Not sure ATM. Its ~3 hours after last meal. May go for a protein shake consisting of whole milk, protein, ice cream, berries. Actually infact that is exactly what I'm going to do. Maybe no ice cream and heavier on berries w/ a little bran and flax.

Note: I decided on protein ice cream w/bran/flax.

Took HRX at full dose again at ~2. Hit gym shortly after.

Workout:
Single Arm Overhead Press: 1x3, 1x4, 5x3 @ 45lbs
One Arm Row: 7x3 @ 80lbs
Attempted GHR, mild cramping. Dumped it and practiced my OHS.
Played racquetball for cardio. Will enjoy some light juice for PWO drink. Dinner will likely consist of something fatty.

Current Diet changes: As I'm no longer eating everything nailed down. I'm dumping all soda in favor of water/juice. I'm also adding cardio. Off the cuff without any other assistance I should manage to run a 2k+ deficit a week from these two items alone. Will likely throw away cookies to eliminate temptation.

Black beans and rice are yummy and beans are loaded with protein. If you want to make it even healthier, use brown rice.

I knew beans were a source of protein, but I didn't realize that it had that much. It's still not the greatest source of protein though, amirite?
