[/ QUOTE ] they don't calculate the street value based upon what it would cost in a single transaction. they use 'street' transactions, ie not in bulk. so they probably picked something more typical, like a ounce price.

[/ QUOTE ]why would an O cost $400? You prolly buy it on street for under $280. Since we are dealing w/ mass quantities, I would imagine that, the price for an O would be under or around $140
