[/ QUOTE ] It's safer to shove into the medium stacks and stacks slightly larger than you, as they will have much greater FE than the short stacks. The short stacks should be more inclined to call you and being as shallow as you are it would still hurt....so I am not pushing any 2 into shorties here. I am more likely pushing any 2 into stacks of 14k-24k with 16k here. As played I still think it is a fold. It's obviously +ceV but vs. his range of hands and the payout structure my instincts are telling me this is a bad call when it comes to $eV. I think if you had KK it would be close. I hate the standard raise, AI and folding outright are both better options here.

I shove the first time that the action is to me [/ QUOTE ] I agree. You're at 10BB's- no need to dick around. Just push it. Otherwise I think you need to fold now. I've pushed KK here and ran into AA on sat bubbles...it happens, but it's still the best play with only 10bb's.
