Independent Chip Model. See the STTF. It pretty much dominates the logic behind every late game move.

Anyone have a recommended 2+2 list or know of a post with one? I would love a run down of some of the books and certain aspects to concentrate on in certain writings.

Learning ICM should _not_ be on the top of anyone's priority list early on IMO.

HotPockets,

if you can afford it, you should check out PokerXfactor (obvious url) - it costs quite a bit, but is easily worth it.
