I'm with FeNeF here, raising > folding > limping.

I like limping for set value if just one more had come in early. As is, you're better off just trying to pick up the blinds and be happy with it.

Raise to 200. I would probably raise with any pocket pair. Maybe fold 22-44.

As others said: Raise >>> Fold > Limp. I don't think the difference between limping and folding is very big, but if you are going to play the hand you might as well raise.

Am I high, or is this not a standard raise when it's folded to you on the button? WTF is all this limp nonsense? And who folds 66 on the button when it's folded to you?
