FFS!!!!!!

I have never played on any of these sites before, but decided to trie out the Vegas Palms bonus.. Won baccarat, ran extremly well at roulett.. Cashed out a nice profit.. But when i trie to log into my account now I get a error message that my account has been locked.. I have not received any emails about it...

What is the deal here? I have not whored any of their casinos before and they just lock my acount because I cash out a profit??

Is there any hopes of getting the money back?

I've just realised I've got money in Capital Casino which unknown to me is part of the group. I'm getting the same message as you but to be honest don't hold much hope in receiving the $265 in that account back. Seems as though they've gone a bit extreme with this one.

So it seems I've been banned solely for the way I played their bonus.

What on earth is going on? I heard of a player winning over $900 with his deposit and then getting instantly banned! Everything happened in under one hour and the casino claims in their e-mail that they have made a thorough investigation!

Fortune Lounge = Rogue. Period.

They can ban players all they want but steal players WINNINGS & DEPOSITS.

Avoid this casino group at all costs! Get your $$ out of fortune lounge

There's a thread there about this, but the Meister seems more interested in bashing the guy who posted it than finding out what's going on.

I've recently been banned from a handful of these as well. What bothers me the most is the lack of definition around "suspicious activity". When I queried their C/S about what it was that triggered the closure I was told, in effect, we can't/won't tell you, go away.

I have never done anything to attempt to defraud an online casino, sportsbook or poker room, so the fact that they've decided to ban me for suspicious activity is rather offensive.

Luckily I had no money at any of their casinos, but it bothers me nonetheless.

Makes me see his supposed stance as a "player advocate/watchdog" in a whole new light. Awfully nice for your advocate to have a financial stake in the other party. He seems to be more concerned with the casino getting bashed than players getting screwed.

I think the player bashing was a misunderstanding, and CM mixed 2 persons and apologized. IMHO being a player advocate and being a affiliate is hard spot to be in, but CM has done pretty well. He has often removed rogue sites from his "Accredited lists".
