If I decided that I liked TT enough against these two players to see a flop, then I'm check/3-betting it.

I don't really get your problem

CO is LAGGish - but not crazy in any way ... any hand than he is raising here has you crushed (especially being in position against you) - at best you are hoping for AK (not of suite, which was like 25% chance to take you down), or second to that is over cards plus flush draw (which is killing you right now), or maybe he just has you smoked an overpair ... or lol maybe he has OC+FD+SD (which maybe be better to have tha AA)

after UTG donks you are probably (which may be a bet/3bet line) hoping for A9 (?)
this guy looks weak enough not to cap a lot pre flop (I would say you are at best at a tie with him)
